Product Release Emails
Below are a sample of emails I wrote on behalf of Jointly for new feature releases. For each release, I worked with the Product team to determine the noteworthy features. I then wrote the email copy and assisted the in-house Visual Designer in creating the design assets before sending out the emails with our email service provider, MailChimp. These emails were sent to an audience of existing and prospective customers usually once per month.
Cold Email Sequence
As the Marketing Manager for Jointly, a large part of my role involved supporting the Sales team by generating new demo requests. One of the most successful avenues we had for lead generation was cold email outreach. For this particular sequence, I created a segmented list of real estate agents based on their geography and number of purchase transactions within the past year. I then wrote a five email sequence that was sent out over the course of three weeks.
The primary goal of this campaign was to generate demos requests from high-performing buyer's agents in a new market while also protecting our email deliverability rate and reputation. This email campaign was very successful, generating multiple demo signups and landing several paying agent teams.
